Delete your maidigo account

This page is for the maidigo app and website, operated by Shaivaan Dynamics Private Limited. You can ask us to close your account and delete the personal data held with it at any time, and you do not need to give a reason.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@maidigo.com from the email address on your maidigo account.
2. Put Delete my account in the subject line.
3. That is all we need. If the request arrives from a different address, we will ask you one question to confirm the account is yours before we delete anything.

You can also call us on +91 76669 23845 between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM and ask us to start it for you.

We acknowledge every request within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• your name, email address and mobile number;
• every saved service address, including any map pin you placed on your door;
• your ratings and any comments you left after a visit;
• your sign-in credentials and every active session.

What we have to keep, and for how long

Booking, payment and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax, accounting and limitation law requires — generally up to eight years— even after an account is closed. Those records are detached from your account and are not used to contact you or to build a profile of you.

A booking that is still open cannot be deleted until it is completed or cancelled, because the professional on their way to your door needs the address.

Deleting only some of your data

You do not have to close your account to have something removed. Write to hello@maidigo.comand tell us what you want deleted — a saved address, a map pin, a comment — and we will remove it within 30 days, keeping only what the paragraph above says we must.
